Opportunities to Support AME Research

Volunteer Research Assistant

We are currently looking for volunteer Research Assissants interested in helping to conduct clinic visits, though other opportunities will also be available.  Typical duties will include conducting physical examinations/clinic visits, data entry, data coding, and assistance with administrative tasks. 

This position provides an invaluable opportunity to gain practical research experience and learn about the effect that sugar has on physiology and psychology, and the science of psychoneuroendocrinology and cellular aging. This is a great position for individuals interested in graduate psychology, health psychology, medical school, public health, or sociology programs. 

Requirements: Highly motivated, responsible, individuals who are able to commit at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 2 months. Hours are flexible, but limited to weekdays only. Previous research experience preferred, though not required.
